i watched 'into the wild' a few days ago and was immediately impressed with eddie vedder's soundtrack. the stripped-down and poetic bare acoustic tones meshed brilliantly with the movie's beautiful yet desolate imagery. you don't have to be a pearl jam enthusiast to appreciate these tunes. check 'em out.
