3 o'clock creep is another crazy set of musicial ramblings from paul westerberg. the songs are hazy and scratchy musings which draw on all of mr. westerberg's broad range of powers. oh yeah, the set also includes about 10 minutes of outtakes from tom waits in the studio with the mats, circa 1989. check it out and buy his other stuff.
